WOW. Now that I've had time to wrap my head around the fact that WE'RE FIRST TIME HOMEOWNERS (!!!), I needed to thank Nell who made it all possible. Nell was there every step of the way. Her knowledge, flexibility, and willingness to transition searches from apartments for rent, to homes for sale on the North Shore, on the South Shore, and then back to North Shore made this process actually enjoyable. Nell always had our best interests in mind. I do also need to mention- we made an offer and closed on our new home in JUST 30 days; talk about efficiency. We couldn't of asked for a better real estate agent!

I’ve known Arthur for years, and knew that he would be very easy to work with and there would not be any unnecessary pressure as can be the case with some real estate agents. He showed incredible patience with my search for an ‘ideal’ property in an area I knew well from living there 18 years previously. Art had the additional insight to know that my goal could be met and he had the patience and grace to keep working diligently over a two year plus search. The patience paid off and I know it was worth it with the property that is now my home.

Working with Jacqueline was a great experience. She makes your feel comfortable first and foremost. She has structural and refurbishing knowledge that comes in handy when you are looking at a part of a home that may need some work. She is connected and has great working relationships with other local realtors. When we were under agreement, she worked behind the scenes to make sure the entire process went smoothly for us, even though she was dealing with bumps and issues on our behalf. I am honestly not sure the deal would have gone through if I had been working with someone else who cared less than Jacqueline does.

We worked with Phil when we bought our home and it was pleasure to work with again when we sold our home. He is great with walking you through the whole process and made sure we got a great deal on selling our home.
