She was excellent in helping us determine value and what a reasonable offer would be on a particular house. She is extremely responsive and goes out of her way to be helpful, going above and beyond what should be expected of a realtor. Lisa Santamaria-Capetanelis could not have been more helpful. I am a first time home buyer who took a 1st time home buyers course but still didnt feel confident. She worked her hardest to find me the property I am now calling home. She is well known to other realtors in the area which was also incredibly helpful. WOW. Now that I've had time to wrap my head around the fact that WE'RE FIRST TIME HOMEOWNERS (!!!), I needed to thank Nell Johanson who made it all possible. Nell was there every step of the way. Her knowledge, flexibility, and willingness to transition searches from apartments for rent, to homes for sale on the North Shore, on the South Shore, and then back to North Shore made this process actually enjoyable. Nell always had our best interests in mind. I do also need to mention- we made an offer and closed on our new home in JUST 30 days; talk about efficiency. We couldn't of asked for a better real estate agent!
