When we finally found the perfect property, Joy walked us through all the steps and reminded us of deadlines. Joy is the definition of professional and we cannot recommend her highly enough!

Joe Cipoletta didn't try to sell us a house we didn't want to buy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the house buying process as he should be, but took time to explain to us everything we didn't understand. Overall it was a pleasure to go through the process with Joe guiding us. If we are going to buy another house down the line we are certainly going to use Joe again.
