Jonathan helped me purchase my first condo in Salem MA, although that wasn’t my original plan. I had originally intended on purchasing a condo in West Roxbury and Jonathan was my agent with that purchase as well, helping myself locate and find a condo that I wanted to live in for years to come. A few weeks before closing the deal fell apart) due to the building’s owner-occupancy percentage) and Jonathan vowed to help me find another place, which he successfully did. I am from the north shore originally and I decided to move back up and out of the city, and Jonathan was right there with me in helping find my beautiful condo with water views, you won’t get that in W Roxbury. Jonathan was very quick at getting all the paperwork needed and negotiating the condo to the price I was willing to spend, so in the end I ended up with a nicer view, more rooms, and just a better condo all together and I have Jonathan to thank for that. I know that when the time comes to sell my condo Jonathan will be the agent I call and I have 100% trust and confidence in him not only selling my condo but also helping me find my next condo or house. It was a pleasure working with Jonathan and I look forward to the time when I can work with him once again.

Jon spent 6 months with us on our home search. Being a first time home buyer we did not know much about the market or the whole process. We wanted to be in two specific towns and as soon as a house came on the market, he could get us in the same day or next day prior to the open house. We lost many houses (to other bidders) but he was very patient with us and continued to work. He also could walk us through a house and give us a ballpark on what repairs could cost (windows etc.). Finally we found a house we both loved, and he gave us guidelines on what to do with the offer to give us a better shot over other bidders. We got the house and happy to work with Jon again.

Her knowledge, expertise and confidence helped me stay confident as well during the entire process of buying my first home. When it came time to sell, there was no question that I would use Pat again to represent me. In a difficult sellers market, Pat met the demands with flying colors.
