The other two agencies were larger firms with perhaps greater name recognition, but I felt that Henry demonstrated a very sophisticated and detailed understanding of the local market conditions. Henry was the only one of the three Realtors with whom I met that didn't know beforehand, but I added him to the list because of tremendous feedback from multiple sources. I felt extremely confident upon meeting with Henry that he was the most dedicated to "getting the job done", plain and simple. Henry absolutely proved this to be true; he drew up a comprehensive market strategy and was spot on with his effective pricing of our home to get us top dollar. Henry truly went above and beyond at every step in the process -- he shoveled the drive and walkways numerous times when a blizzard occurred on our Open House weekend, he assisted with junk removal, he even helped me to pack after the house as under agreement! He was great at communication and earned my highest respect, admiration and gratitude.

Jaqueline helped my fiancé and I buy our first home. She was absolutely amazing and very easy to work with.
