Jonathan helped me purchase my first condo in Salem MA, although that wasn’t my original plan. I had originally intended on purchasing a condo in West Roxbury and Jonathan was my agent with that purchase as well, helping myself locate and find a condo that I wanted to live in for years to come. I am from the north shore originally and I decided to move back up and out of the city, and Jonathan was right there with me in helping find my beautiful condo with water views, you won’t get that in W Roxbury. Jonathan was very quick at getting all the paperwork needed and negotiating the condo to the price I was willing to spend, so in the end I ended up with a nicer view, more rooms, and just a better condo all together and I have Jonathan to thank for that.
