Joe Cipoletta didn't try to sell us a house we didn't want to buy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the house buying process as he should be, but took time to explain to us everything we didn't understand. Overall it was a pleasure to go through the process with Joe guiding us. If we are going to buy another house down the line we are certainly going to use Joe again.

Jim Brown represented us for our purchase of a condominium in the Village at Magnolia Shores. His advice was essential in our decision of which unit to purchase. As construction proceeded Jim was on the site giving us pictures and updates of progress. This was most helpful since we were living quite a distance from Magnolia and could not easily visit the site often. When we did visit, Jim was there to help with decisions at the interim walk-throughs --electrical, pre-closing, etc. He was also very helpful in handling closing details. The myriad decisions in the selection and construction of our condo unit were made much less stressful thanks to Jim.

Joe Cipoletta had a very difficult task selling our home as emotions escalated due to a divorce situation. Joe handled himself in the most professional way when things were heated and hard to deal with. He made an extremely difficult time manageable and less stressful.
