I met with three brokers before deciding on Lux Realty and Henry Pizzo. The other two agencies were larger firms with perhaps greater name recognition, but I felt that Henry demonstrated a very sophisticated and detailed understanding of the local market conditions. Henry was the only one of the three Realtors with whom I met that didn't know beforehand, but I added him to the list because of tremendous feedback from multiple sources. I felt extremely confident upon meeting with Henry that he was the most dedicated to "getting the job done", plain and simple. Henry absolutely proved this to be true; he drew up a comprehensive market strategy and was spot on with his effective pricing of our home to get us top dollar. Henry truly went above and beyond at every step in the process -- he shoveled the drive and walkways numerous times when a blizzard occurred on our Open House weekend, he assisted with junk removal, he even helped me to pack after the house as under agreement! He was great at communication and earned my highest respect, admiration and gratitude.

Joe Cipoletta was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of our sales. He was very professional but very down to earth. My husband and I felt completely comfortable and confident in Joseph. Adeline Matton is a very hard working person that compensates her time to fit your schedule 7 days a week. Her vast knowledge of this field from the house to the landscaping was great to see. Henry Pizzo was excellent, he took care of everything that needed to be done to close quickly. He contacted local contractors on our behalf and met with them, spent hours at the Building Department looking for old building permits and worked with the Sellers' broker to meet our schedule.
