Jen Baraiolo responded immediately to get us into every house we wanted to see. We looked at more than a dozen. We got in to see some within hours, and almost all of them within a day. We rarely had to wait for an open house. She was very good at connecting us with a home inspector, who was terrific, with other contractors to do follow up inspections, and with a mortgage broker. She's fun to work. She took the pain out of what can be a painful process. She obviously has respect and clout in the local industry. She was a proficient go-between with other brokers and sellers. She's patient. This is the second house I bought in the area. The first was a very difficult process, in part because my broker was an amateur and the broker for the seller was overly aggressive.
