From the beginning, Adeline was informative and explained every aspect of selling my home. My home was only on the market for one week and I not only had offers but had accepted a good one and had an agreement signed and in hand! She had so extensively marketed my home that the deal was done so quickly. Joy Munoz kept in touch with other real estate agents who had clients that were interested in my house and kept me informed of their interest and efforts. Joy always made herself available for extra open house showings and was creative in coming up with a couple commuter (evening) open house times. She truly represented me as my agent when potential buyers wanted to come to the house for various reasons and made herself available as well as kept me informed.

Arthur was phenomenal to deal with 8 years ago when we sold our condo and bought a new home. He was the natural choice to help us purchase our new home and sell again. He gave sound advice and was a calming influence throughout the negotiations.

Arthur always called to give us updates as appropriate. It was very rare if I had to call to ask him where we were I the process, in fact, sometimes I would think of a question for him and within minutes he was calling me with an update before I was able to make my call.

Jim did a fine job getting our family's home sold after my dad's passing. Dealing with an estate requires extra procedures and Jim met them head on without any hesitation which enabled our sale to go through very smoothly. I would highly recommend him!
