WOW. Now that I've had time to wrap my head around the fact that WE'RE FIRST TIME HOMEOWNERS (!!!), I needed to thank Nell who made it all possible. Nell was there every step of the way. Her knowledge, flexibility, and willingness to transition searches from apartments for rent, to homes for sale on the North Shore, on the South Shore, and then back to North Shore made this process actually enjoyable. Nell always had our best interests in mind. I do also need to mention- we made an offer and closed on our new home in JUST 30 days; talk about efficiency. We couldn't of asked for a better real estate agent!

I was originally referred to Jonathan Blass by a client of his who had recently sold and purchased a home using Jon as his representation. I did not know the individual personally, but after overhearing his glowing endorsement and recommendation on Jon at a local coffee shop, I asked for his contact info. At the time, my wife and I were looking for a modest starter home on the North Shore of MA. However, being new home buyers and not from the local area, we were quickly overwhelmed with the overly competitive market, prices, number of agents, and navigating through the general hurdles that come with real estate transactions.

From our first meeting, Jon immediately stood out from the rest of the agents we had worked with, or met. He had a warm and friendly personality, and a disarming approach that was not pushy or sleazy like many other’s we encountered. His soft and charming approach built report quickly with my wife and children; and his presentation, industry knowledge, and local expertise provided me with confidence and trust in his abilities early on. He treated us like family and he really tried to put himself in “our” shoes when approaching difficult choices, properties, or challenges. That level of service is hard to find these days, even at the highest premiums.

We eventually settled on a home and thankfully Jon’s negotiating skills and overall business acumen allowed us to secure the house in record time, and ultimately helped to save us tens of thousands of dollars!!! I have already referred Jon to many family and friends who have all had the same successful experience and outcome after using his services, and I am happy and honored to provide a recommendation for him. If you are looking to sell or purchase real estate anywhere on the North Shore, you will be doing yourself a dis-service by not using Jon. My family loves working with Jacqueline. She is attentive to all the finer details of buying and selling. She was so patient with my father that recently sold his condo in Haverhill, Ma. I appreciate her knowledge for the business of real estate and her further knowledge of types of homes, inner workings of them and what it takes to sell a property. Jackie directed us the whole way through and got us over asking for the condo! Not only is she in my opinion, an expert in her field but she is someone that can be relied on. Her plate is obviously full while working for you but she never lets you know it as she is all business on her end but makes you feel as though the process is friendly, easy, and approachable. Working with Adeline was probably the best experience you could have with a real estate agent. Adeline has great attention to detail, and replies to questions instantly, and always conducts herself in a professional manner. If you want a realtor who goes way above and beyond what a normal realtor does, then you’re stupid If you don’t hire Adeline, she handles all the things you don’t know how to or don’t want to deal with. She is worth every penny. Everybody who I introduce her to said they would never hire another real estate agent besides her. I can’t express how thankful I am that she was my agent.
