Jim represented us for our purchase of a condominium in the Village at Magnolia Shores. His advice was essential in our decision of which unit to purchase. As construction proceeded Jim was on the site giving us pictures and updates of progress. This was most helpful since we were living quite a distance from Magnolia and could not easily visit the site often. When we did visit, Jim was there to help with decisions at the interim walk-throughs --electrical, pre-closing, etc. He was also very helpful in handling closing details. The myriad decisions in the selection and construction of our condo unit were made much less stressful thanks to Jim.
