Adeline was great to work with throughout the home selling process. Her in-depth knowledge of the North Shore market is incredible-- but she still has a no-pressure approach that would make me choose her again if it comes time to sell my current house. Specific to COVID19: I was nervous about selling my home when there was so much uncertainty. Adeline covered this so well, with beautiful photos, clean and safe open houses, and remote showings that worked with my new work-from-home schedule. She thought of everything. Jon spent 6 months with us on our home search. Being a first-time home buyer we did not know much about the market or the whole process. We wanted to be in two specific towns and as soon as a house came on the market, he could get us in the same day or next day prior to the open house. We lost many houses (to other bidders) but he was very patient with us and continued to work. He also could walk us through a house and give us a ballpark on what repairs could cost (windows etc.). Finally, we found a house we both loved, and he gave us guidelines on what to with the offer to give us a better shot over other bidders. We got the house and happy to work with Jon again.

I was originally referred to Jonathan Blass by a client of his who had recently sold and purchased a home using Jon as his representation. I did not know the individual personally, but after overhearing his glowing endorsement and recommendation on Jon at a local coffee shop, I asked for his contact info. At the time, my wife and I were looking for a modest starter home on the North Shore of MA. However, being new home buyers and not from the local area, we were quickly overwhelmed with the overly competitive market, prices, number of agents, and navigating through the general hurdles that come with real estate transactions.

He treated us like family and he really tried to put himself in “our” shoes when approaching difficult choices, properties, or challenges. That level of service is hard to find these days, even at the highest premiums.

We eventually settled on a home and thankfully Jon’s negotiating skills and overall business acumen allowed us to secure the house in record time, and ultimately helped to save us tens of thousands of dollars!!! I have already referred Jon to many family and friends who have all had the same successful experience and outcome after using his services, and I am happy and honored to provide a recommendation for him.
