Working with Jacqueline was a great experience. She makes your feel comfortable first and foremost. She has structural and refurbishing knowledge that comes in handy when you are looking at a part of a home that may need some work. She is connected and has great working relationships with other local realtors. When we were under agreement, she worked behind the scenes to make sure the entire process went smoothly for us, even though she was dealing with bumps and issues on our behalf. I am honestly not sure the deal would have gone through if I had been working with someone else who cared less than Jacqueline does.

Jonathan has represented me for six years. Most recently he represented me in a lengthy "Short Sale", persevering through multiple seller's changes and lien holders, that allowed me to acquire the property at a very reasonable price. My family loves working with Jacqueline. She is attentive to all the finer details of buying and selling. She was so patient with my father that recently sold his condo in Haverhill, Ma. I appreciate her knowledge for the business of real estate and her further knowledge of types of homes, inner workings of them and what it takes to sell a property. Jackie directed us the whole way through and got us over asking for the condo! Not only is she in my opinion, an expert in her field but she is someone that can be relied on. Her plate is obviously full while working for you but she never lets you know it as she is all business on her end but makes you feel as though the process is friendly, easy, and approachable. I enjoy working with her because she is a straight shooter, fair, and honest! I will continue to work with Jackie and would absolutely refer her to any of my friends or family that are looking to buy or sell.

I’ve known Arthur for years, and knew that he would be very easy to work with and there would not be any unnecessary pressure as can be the case with some real estate agents. He showed incredible patience with my search for an ‘ideal’ property in an area I knew well from living there 18 years previously.
