Joy Munoz kept in touch with other real estate agents who had clients that were interested in my house and kept me informed of their interest and efforts. Joy always made herself available for extra open house showings and was creative in coming up with a couple commuter (evening) open house times. She truly represented me as my agent when potential buyers wanted to come to the house for various reasons and made herself available as well as kept me informed.
