I met with three brokers before deciding on Lux Realty and Henry Pizzo. The other two agencies were larger firms with perhaps greater name recognition, but I felt that Henry demonstrated a very sophisticated and detailed understanding of the local market conditions. Henry was the only one of the three Realtors with whom I met that didn't know beforehand, but I added him to the list because of tremendous feedback from multiple sources. I felt extremely confident upon meeting with Henry that he was the most dedicated to "getting the job done", plain and simple. Henry absolutely proved this to be true; he drew up a comprehensive market strategy and was spot on with his effective pricing of our home to get us top dollar. Henry truly went above and beyond at every step in the process -- he shoveled the drive and walkways numerous times when a blizzard occurred on our Open House weekend, he assisted with junk removal, he even helped me to pack after the house as under agreement! Jon spent 6 months with us on our home search. Being a first time home buyer we did not know much about the market or the whole process. We wanted to be in two specific towns and as soon as a house came on the market, he could get us in the same day or next day prior to the open house. We lost many houses (to other bidders) but he was very patient with us and continued to work. He also could walk us through a house and give us a ballpark on what repairs could cost (windows etc.). Finally we found a house we both loved, and he gave us guidelines on what to do with the offer to give us a better shot over other bidders. We got the house and happy to work with Jon again.
