Wow! Jacqueline Buia is a patient and knowledgeable realtor who made our home buying experience as easy as possible. She was quick and responsive to our many requests, and she really listened to what we wanted even though we kind of changed our mi dad twice. Her no pressure approach made it easy to tour properties-- this was not an easy task with our weird work schedules and active toddler.
We had an initial offer that got outbid, a second offer that fell through in the inspection stage, a week where we were almost positive we could handle an outrageous fixer upper (there was no way we could have Jacqueline wisely told us to wait), and then, finally, the condo we really wanted!
She uses dotloop, which makes signing your many documents a snap. She's on top of getting your documents in on time, following up with you, your mortgage broker, and attorneys. AND she has two cool dogs. We had a great experience thanks to her.
