Jen Baraiol was excellent to work with from start to finish, very happy with the services provided! We initially contacted her to help us find a new home. She was excited and eager to help us on our search and worked tirelessly to understand our wishlist and balance that with our budget. Jen was quick to schedule showings that we requested and debriefed with us after each one to make sure we were on the right track. After closing on our new home (that we are so happy about!), she worked with us through the process of selling our current home. Jen accommodated our busy schedules and requests to ensure the showings were executed in the manner we wanted and felt most comfortable with. In addition, she provided us with a great deal of information regarding current market analysis to help us establish realistic expectations of the sale. Adeline Matton was amazing to work with! She truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process, always available to answer questions, and expertly navigated every step with a positive can-do attitude. Her deep knowledge of the local market and solid experience helped ensure my home was priced right and marketed to sell. The house was listed on a Wednesday, 90-minute open houses were scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. On Monday I had my first offer and by her suggested offer deadline of Tuesday, I had 7 more offers. Her in-depth knowledge of the North Shore market is incredible-- but she still has a no-pressure approach that would make me choose her again if it comes time to sell my current house. Specific to COVID19: I was nervous about selling my home when there was so much uncertainty. Adeline covered this so well, with beautiful photos, clean and safe open houses, and remote showings that worked with my new work-from-home schedule. She thought of everything. Wow! Jacqueline Buia is a patient and knowledgeable realtor who made our home buying experience as easy as possible. She was quick and responsive to our many requests, and she really listened to what we wanted even though we kind of changed our mi dad twice. Her no pressure approach made it easy to tour properties-- this was not an easy task with our weird work schedules and active toddler.
We had an initial offer that got outbid, a second offer that fell through in the inspection stage, a week where we were almost positive we could handle an outrageous fixer upper (there was no way we could have Jacqueline wisely told us to wait), and then, finally, the condo we really wanted!
She uses dotloop, which makes signing your many documents a snap. She's on top of getting your documents in on time, following up with you, your mortgage broker, and attorneys. AND she has two cool dogs. We had a great experience thanks to her.
