I could not imagine having a better realtor than Jacqueline Buia. Jacqueline has a natural ability to connect with the buyers needs and always has the buyers best interest. I had some challenges during the purchase of my home (seller side) and Jacqueline not only did an amazing job at walking me through my options and keeping me informed, but she also was very diligent in getting the answers we needed whether from the sellers realtor, the town, or my lender. She has an incredible knowledge of not only real estate, but also has a background rehabbing homes, and multi-family investments.

Jessica Allen was a fantastic agent to work with! A few months ago, my husband and I decided to sell our condo and look for a family home. From the start, Jessica was more than helpful. She comped our condo perfectly and helped us price to sell. As a result of her research and strategic pricing, we attracted multiple buyers to the first open house weekend. Henry Pizzo was excellent, he took care of everything that needed to be done to close quickly. He contacted local contractors on our behalf and met with them, spent hours at the Building Department looking for old building permits and worked with the Sellers' broker to meet our schedule.
