As construction proceeded Jim was on the site giving us pictures and updates of progress. This was most helpful since we were living quite a distance from Magnolia and could not easily visit the site often. When we did visit, Jim was there to help with decisions at the interim walk-throughs --electrical, pre-closing, etc. He was also very helpful in handling closing details. The myriad decisions in the selection and construction of our condo unit were made much less stressful thanks to Jim.
