WOW. Now that I've had time to wrap my head around the fact that WE'RE FIRST TIME HOMEOWNERS (!!!), I needed to thank Nell who made it all possible. Nell was there every step of the way. Her knowledge, flexibility, and willingness to transition searches from apartments for rent, to homes for sale on the North Shore, on the South Shore, and then back to North Shore made this process actually enjoyable. Nell always had our best interests in mind. I do also need to mention- we made an offer and closed on our new home in JUST 30 days; talk about efficiency. We couldn't of asked for a better real estate agent!
