I have used Pat on two occasions. First buying a house, as a first time home buyer. Her knowledge, expertise and confidence helped me stay confident as well during the entire process of buying my first home. When it came time to sell, there was no question that I would use Pat again to represent me. In a difficult sellers market, Pat met the demands with flying colors.

Adeline was great to work with and had extensive knowledge of the neighborhood and the market. She was always responsive to communication and provided great advice and was able to work with local vendors to get the property ready to sell after I had relocated out of state. I bought my first home with Adeline & she was even more helpful than I ever could have thought! Getting into this I knew NOTHING; & I mean nothing! & she walked me through it all with no problem, thoroughly explaining everything & anything I needed to know. I also liked that she was very personable & caring as well. As usual; I'm a nervous wreck about things & she always answered my texts, calls & emails instantly helping me with any questions I had along the way. I was also indecisive on the area I was choosing & she kept all my options open taking me to any house I had interest in. I highly recommend her! Jon spent 6 months with us on our home search. Being a first-time home buyer we did not know much about the market or the whole process. We wanted to be in two specific towns and as soon as a house came on the market, he could get us in the same day or next day prior to the open house. We lost many houses (to other bidders) but he was very patient with us and continued to work. He also could walk us through a house and give us a ballpark on what repairs could cost (windows etc.). Finally, we found a house we both loved, and he gave us guidelines on what to with the offer to give us a better shot over other bidders. We got the house and happy to work with Jon again.

Pat has been my realtor extraordinaire. I have purchased two other homes and had certain expectations of Pat based on my experience with previous realtors. Pat far surpassed the. She was always available for my questions and concerns and I have to admit I had lots of them. After I purchased the condo I found several things that were missed during the home inspection. So she contacted the seller/contractor and was able to convince them to rectify a couple of them. In the past once I bought the house I neve heard from the realtor again.

Pat was extremely helpful in our home search. We looked at many properties and Pat was great at identifying the pros and cons of each. After we purchased our home Pat followed up several times with making sure we were comfortable and adjusting well to our new place. I would highly recommended working with Pat!
