Jonathan helped me purchase my first condo in Salem MA, although that wasn’t my original plan. I had originally intended on purchasing a condo in West Roxbury and Jonathan was my agent with that purchase as well, helping myself locate and find a condo that I wanted to live in for years to come. Jonathan had previously worked with my wife, at that time just a fiancé, on listing and selling her multi-family in Malden. I was very impressed with his approach, and had over 100 potential buyers at her open house, and had 10+ over asking price offers, first week. So, of course we used Jonathan when we were looking for our first house together. Jon was able to create a great action plan on how to handle this crazy market. Jon would often get us into properties even before they were listed or the listed open house. Jonathan also gave us good estimates and ideas on what repairs will need to be made. Being a first time homebuyer I had no idea what things would cost. Jonathan has a great team of contacts that he works with. He was able to get us in touch with a great mortgage broker team, which made the loaning process painless. We had a few concerns, regarding leased solar panels and FEMA flood zones, but Jon eased us through each step. We were able to close with no issues.
