I had originally intended on purchasing a condo in West Roxbury and Jonathan was my agent with that purchase as well, helping myself locate and find a condo that I wanted to live in for years to come. I am from the north shore originally and I decided to move back up and out of the city, and Jonathan was right there with me in helping find my beautiful condo with water views, you won’t get that in W Roxbury. Jonathan was very quick at getting all the paperwork needed and negotiating the condo to the price I was willing to spend, so in the end I ended up with a nicer view, more rooms, and just a better condo all together and I have Jonathan to thank for that. I know that when the time comes to sell my condo Jonathan will be the agent I call and I have 100% trust and confidence in him not only selling my condo but also helping me find my next condo or house. When buying our home it just came to chance that we met Joseph as he was representing the seller in this case and myself and wife weren't there to buy. We were just looking at the open house to get an idea of what it would be like to live in that neighborhood. Boy did we fall in love when we walked through the home. Long story short "we had Joseph represent us as well and made an offer and they accepted. Easiest closing we've ever had and working with Joseph and the seller was terrific. Ms. M was very professional. She helped us determine a competitive price for our condo and maintained communication throughout. (even over a holiday weekend) She notified contacts she had in the area and even had a bank representative available at the showing to assist any would-be buyers with their mortgage application.
