Jonathan is truly excellent across the board, but for me the two things that separate him from other agents are his absolute dedication to my search/negotiation/closing process and his outrageously audacious negotiation skills. Jonathan was willing and able to help me to find a home in my price range that was right for me AND he pulled off several negotiation miracles that saved me thousands of dollars. He also was able to get the HOA to provide acceptable paperwork necessary for my closing that the board had not even approved. He continuously surprised me at every step of the process.
