If you are looking for or selling a home in the area you'd be crazy not to ask her. She works hard, and has an above average knowledge of the real estate in the area, and real estate in general. 9am or 9pm...if something had to get done she was on top of it, regardless of the time. Her follow up skills/responsiveness was outstanding. You would be foolish not to give her a chance.
