My family loves working with Jacqueline Buia. She is attentive to all the finer details of buying and selling. She was so patient with my father that recently sold his condo in Haverhill, MA. I appreciate her knowledge for the business of real estate and her further knowledge of types of homes, inner workings of them and what it takes to sell a property. Jackie directed us the whole way through and got us over asking for the condo! Not only is she in my opinion, an expert in her field but she is someone that can be relied on. Her plate is obviously full while working for you but she never lets you know it as she is all business on her end but makes you feel as though the process is friendly, easy, and approachable. I enjoy working with her because she is straight shooter, fair, and honest! I worked with Jonathan a little over a year ago, and he helped me purchase my first home. Not knowing quite what I was looking for, Jonathan took the time to show me every property that met my requirements, and was even willing to show me properties that I had found on my own. Jim represented us for our purchase of a condominium in the Village at Magnolia Shores. His advice was essential in our decision of which unit to purchase. As construction proceeded Jim was on the site giving us pictures and updates of progress. This was most helpful since we were living quite a distance from Magnolia and could not easily visit the site often. When we did visit, Jim was there to help with decisions at the interim walk-throughs --electrical, pre-closing, etc. He was also very helpful in handling closing details. The myriad decisions in the selection and construction of our condo unit were made much less stressful thanks to Jim.

We recently purchased our new home in Beverly and Adeline helped guide our way through the process. She was very thorough and made sure we were all on the same page so there would be no surprises. She listened to what we were looking for and we were able to put the right team together to find our home. It was a pleasure working with her.
