If it wasn't for Joseph Cipoletta I don't know that I would have considered selling my home. We had a discussion earlier on in regards to what I needed to sell my home for to purchase what I wanted. Joe didn't try to sell us a house we didn't want to buy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the house buying process as he should be, but took time to explain to us everything we didn't understand. Overall it was a pleasure to go through the process with Joe guiding us. If we are going to buy another house down the line we are certainly going to use Joe again.
