Joy always made herself available for extra open house showings and was creative in coming up with a couple commuter (evening) open house times. She truly represented me as my agent when potential buyers wanted to come to the house for various reasons and made herself available as well as kept me informed.

My wife and I recently bought our first home with the able assistance of Lisa Santamaria-Capetanelis, and we couldn't be happier. Lisa was very kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the process, and really went above and beyond to make sure that we found a home we were satisfied with, despite the various speed bumps that seemed to regularly get thrown into our way
