Nicole Sargent, REALTOR Sales Associate

Nicole Sargent is an experienced REALTOR® who believes the most beneficial way to achieve “real” success as a REALTOR® is to focus on how she can best serve her clients. She works diligently to stay client-centered throughout the buying and selling process. Nicole understands that having a guide who is focused on helping her clients succeed is the most important part of the home buying and selling transaction.

Nicole has more than 15 years of experience in the service industry and truly enjoys helping people. She is currently on the Board of Directors of the North Shore REALTORS® and is a strong advocate for home ownership rights. She is an active member of the North Shore REALTORS® and a member of the MA & NH Association of REALTORS®. 

Nicole lives in Groveland with her husband and three children. She enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community. She serves as a Chair of the Pentucket School District’s SEPAC and on the Groveland Day Committee. Nicole is an avid supporter of the Beverly School for The Deaf as they have been instrumental in the success of her oldest child.
