A graduate of Norwich University with a degree in Business Management & Finance, he began his career in Southern California, quickly becoming the “go-to” broker for undervalued investment properties. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found and later sell SellMyOwnRealEstate.com, an innovative online platform for homeowners.

Returning to Boston, Steve became a top producer at New England’s largest mortgage lender before launching SJ Martin Consulting and Development Co. His innovative strategies earned him a feature on CBS Channel 4 news, and he played a key role in the $285+ million renovation of Fenway Park in 2008.
