I am from out of state, I totally trusted my friend’s recommendation to select Joy Munoz as my Realtor. Joy walked us through the process, which is very different from our home state. Joy did an excellent job representing us as buyers through the closing. After the closing she has not forgotten about us, really! I have never met anyone more kind and friendly. She has gone above and beyond to make my family feel welcome in this community, even after the purchase was complete. I would highly recommend Joy to anyone looking for an agent. Henry is an excellent Broker. The circumstances surrounding the sale of this particular house, held in trust, was difficult. Henry had to work with an ornery tenant who was not receptive to allowing the house to be show. Henry knows the market and suggested lowering the price of the house resulting in almost immediate offers. Once the house was under contract, we had to evict the tenant from the house. Henry was great throughout those trying proceedings. Henry always communicated necessary information promptly. I wholeheartedly recommend Henry as your Broker.
