Elaine is deeply committed to her family, friends, and career. As the fifth sibling in a large, second-generation Italian family, she has strong roots throughout New England, with extended family connections across the U.S. and Italy. The joy she finds in her three grown children and five grandchildren (including two sets of twins) is a constant source of pride, and she cherishes every moment she gets to spend with them.
Elaine’s career began in the early 1980s as a real estate agent, where her natural leadership abilities quickly propelled her into sales management. Her talent for management soon led to a diverse array of roles, including Franchise Sales, Management Consultant, Regional Vice President, and Vice President of Business Development. Alongside her professional success, Elaine has been actively involved in the REALTOR® organization, leading and chairing numerous committees at the local, state, and national levels.
Her philanthropic efforts extend beyond real estate. Elaine has contributed to various organizations, including ECCF, My MBT, MDA, ES, NEF, and SOI, and in 2004, she co-founded the Women’s Foundation of ECCF. Her passion for both community service and business leadership is evident in every endeavor she undertakes.
