David Wallace entered a career as a REALTOR® in 2020 and quickly gained success working with both buyers and sellers on the North Shore. He was born and raised in Ipswich, and he has immersed himself in communities throughout the North Shore and Southern Maine. He has consistently advocated for others in both his personal and professional life volunteering his time as a youth football coach, union steward, and performing community mission service. He has built a reputation for being trustworthy, reliable, and responsive with those who know him best. David embraces the values of hard work, resilience, and dedication to every challenge he is faced with. He has developed a keen eye for detail from his many years working in the print media field. As his union’s steward, he spent years finding sensible solutions to sometimes complex issues serving as a facilitator, mediator, and labor negotiator between management and his many colleagues.

David and his family have owned several homes, and he recognizes the unique challenges facing buyers and sellers alike.
