With over 25 years as a licensed real estate professional, Arthur brings unparalleled expertise to every transaction. His extensive experience spans new construction, developments, land, single-family and multifamily homes, and condominiums.
A lifelong resident of Beverly, Arthur has deep-rooted knowledge of the North Shore’s cities and towns. He is actively engaged in the community through his work with First Parish Beverly, the Beverly Historical Society, Essex County Greenbelt, and as a board member of Beverly Homecoming.
Arthur’s dedication to the real estate profession is evident in his leadership and involvement. Since 2017, he has been a key member of the North Shore Realtors’ Government Affairs Committee, advocating for a positive real estate environment and staying informed on local, state, and national industry issues. Additionally, since 2018, he has proudly served as the 6th District Representative for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

Current Designations and Certifications Include:
Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation; SRES® designees are REALTORS® who have the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. Less than 1% of all members of the National Association of REALTORS® have earned this designation.
Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification; gives the experience to work with current and former military service members to find housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support.
Certified Buyer Representative (CBR®); a CBR® is a cooperating agent who legally represents the real estate buyer. Their role is to help assist buyers find their desired property and negotiate for that property. Acting as a buyer’s agent, a CBR® always places their homebuyer clients’ real estate interests above those of all others, including their own.
