Adeline Matton has been a REALTOR® since 1999, specializing in both residential and commercial real estate throughout Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire. As a real estate broker and co-owner of Aluxety, she brings decades of experience and a strategic, analytical perspective to every transaction. Adeline is committed to creating a positive and seamless experience for all in the real estate process, including buyers, sellers, investors, business owners, and fellow agents.

In addition to her residential sales practice, Adeline leads The Commercial Group, advising investors, entrepreneurs, and property owners on market evaluation, site selection, negotiation strategy, and transaction execution. Her work across both residential and commercial transactions allows her to provide clients with a well-rounded understanding of market dynamics and property opportunities throughout Northern New England.

Adeline’s background also includes senior leadership roles with national real estate valuation and property data organizations, where she oversaw appraisal panel management, quality control systems, regulatory compliance, and operational processes supporting major financial institutions and mortgage servicers. Her work involved collaborating with lenders, appraisers, government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs), and institutional investors while providing strategic analytics and oversight for complex real estate transactions. This experience provides her clients with a disciplined perspective on valuation, risk management, and market positioning.

A respected member of North Shore REALTORS®, Adeline has contributed her expertise through service on the Government Affairs Committee and the Board of Directors, including as the 2025 President. She is also a member of the Seacoast Board of REALTORS®, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®, the REALTOR® Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts, the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Adeline received the REALTOR® of the Year Award from North Shore REALTORS® in 2025, further exemplifying her commitment to the industry and the association.

Adeline earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Endicott College and has completed executive leadership and negotiation training programs through the University of Florida and the Center for Creative Leadership.
